Business Management Specialists

Job Duties: Business Management Specialists will conduct organizational studies and evaluations of Miraj Travel and Tours operations, and will report to owner on findings/areas of improvement. Will make organizational assessments and prepare operations and procedures manuals to streamline operations. Will be responsible for ensuring that corporate standards and procedures extend to international operations. Will assist in developing corporate manuals, and guide employees in offering uniform services to clients. Will confer with personnel and offer training to implement these procedures.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Organizations or closely related field plus minimum 6 months business management experience. Specific requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience assisting with organizational evaluations and management. Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in operational studies, research or oversight to provide uniform company operations. Minimum 6 months proven ability to work under stressful conditions and meet short deadlines.
